Tahoe Signature Properties verified

We had such a great stay here. The condo was stalked with everything we needed to enjoy our white Christmas in Truckee. Clean, comfortable, and we loved the fireplace. Great hosts and fantastic accommodations.

We had a wonderful family getaway in Truckee! The home was clean, cozy, and spacious enough for our family with three young kids. The location was perfect—close to Donner Lake, trails, and downtown. Check-in was smooth, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommend for families!

This is a cute, rustic cabin located in a lovely area away from the busy beaches -- but they are a quick drive away. We loved eating on the deck. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bed was comfortable. Our only complaint is that the sofa is way too soft and, in our opinion, at the end of its life.

Always love staying at properties run by Tahoe Signature Properties. As a management group they are responsive and super kind! We stayed in a perfectly appointed 2 bedroom in Truckee that was home base for a mountain biking adventure. Will be back!

We booked the Tahoe Alpine Hot Tub Hideaway and it was beautiful, nestled into the serene forest just north of Kingsbury Beach. The home was as described with all the amenities including the awesome hot tub which is one of the main reasons I booked this home.

Aside from the beautiful home and great location the communication I received from Genesis was second to none, her genuine ability to work alongside me to find the perfect getaway was amazing!

When you rent from Tahoe Signature Properties you feel like a member of a community, that alone would have me choose them over any other 3rd party "broker". Oh and it's actually cheaper to book directly with them.
